O-Shot®
What is it?
The O-Shot® Procedure is a non-surgical treatment for women who seek to significantly improve their sexual health and intimacy, reduce stress-induced urinary incontinence, and generally increase confidence. It involves injecting platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) derived from the patient's own blood into the vaginal tissues and clitoris. The PRP contains growth factors that are believed to stimulate tissue regeneration and improve blood flow to the genital area.

How long until I notice a difference?

The improvement in urinary incontinence typically takes 1-2 weeks but maximal benefit should be seen in 2 months when the PRP is in full effect. These results continue for approximately 1-2 years.
Is it painful?
During the procedure, most patients report minimal to no pain due to the steps taken to ensure comfort. Before the injection, a numbing cream is applied topically to the vaginal area. This helps to dull any potential discomfort during the procedure. Additionally, your provider will offer a nerve block which further reduces any potential pain or discomfort during the actual injection of the PRP.
